Can Tamil people be considered as non-Hindus,as Tamils also have a few non-vedic gods, like Tamil Thai, Ayyanar, Muniyandi, etc.?

People in Tamizh Mandalam is the only Classic Hindus, to be observed, followed by rest of India in their life time, to die as a true Hindu. It is the house of temples still vibrates the life energy to internalise. This is what the statement I am making, after travelling Western, Central, Northern and Eastern Part of India. Exceptions will always be there, here and there, of Dhams in Uttaranchal, Orissa.

1.Hinduism existed before vedas come into exitance. The religion contained - many specializations from construction to astronomy,

2.The visual form of Tamizh is Murugan or Saravana or Subramanya Swami - a Hindu God.

3.I am God; My first hero, my father is God; one of our role model in our extended family, my ancestor is Kuldev for our families. The soldiers in the borders, Ayyanars and Karuppa Swami and Pechchi Ammans and the Seasons, Mari Amman and Other Ammans are Gods. Is it not Hinduism?

4.When Bharat was invaded and their culture is bombarded - the conservative hindus with rich Hindu Culture migrated as far as from Saurashtra and as near as Karnataka to peaceful Tamizh mandalam (thanks to Chera, Chola, Pandyas) It welcomed them and allowed them to grow with their identity in tact. It also welcomed the traders from Middle Easts. While rest of the Bharat was busy learning languages of invaders, few undergone forceful conversions - Tamizh Mandalam is busy constructing temples and encouraging its arts, music, dances. That is the reason why as on date, Southern films are technically much superior than the rest.

5.Tamizhs long to visit Kasi. If any one is a Hindu - here is the place, Tamil Nadu which displays True Hindu Culture. Come and Visit before your precious life ends.

Here Tamizh Mandalam refers to nearby South Indian States, Andhra, Karnataka, Kerala and Pondi as well.

What are the differences between Sri Lankan Tamil and Indian Tamil diaspora?

 Differences are many.

  1. As Tamil is a diglossic language the differences between the standard written languages across the globe is minimal but the spoken varieties differ considerably.
  2. In the sangam age in Tamil Nadu, the classical form of Tamil is classified into three - Iyal (literature), Isai (music) and Nadagam(theatre). Tamil, in any point in Time and Space, has borrowed the influence of these three in varying propositions. You can see how the dialogues of Tamil films in Sivaji Ganesan era (1970s) and now (2018) changed. So as the Tamil words written in India and a distant Sri Lanka. However these differences are minimal in comparison with spoken language.
  3. Coming to dialects - leaving aside, Madurai Tamil, Kongu Tamil, Madras Tamil! - Sri Lankan Tamil itself has four dialects. i)Jaffna Tamil - close to Tamil Nadu Tamil II)Batticaloa Tamil is more literary and unique Tamil iii)Negomba Tamil - Fishermen Tamil - bilingual, strongly influenced by sinhala iv)Moors Tamil - Spoken by Moors strongly influenced by Arabic
  4. The spoken varieties in Sri Lanka although different from those of Tamil Nadu share some common features between the southern dialects of Tamil Nadu and the northern Sri Lankan Tamil dialect, the language of Jaffna. Sri Lankan Tamil dialects retain many words and grammatical forms that are not in everyday use in India, and use many other words slightly differently.
  5. Sri Lankan Tamil dialects are less influenced by Sanskrit and English.
  6. Sri Lankan Tamil dialects are inflenced by Portugese, Dutch as well as English and Sinhalese.
  7. In general, Sri Lankan Tamil is considered to be more conservative than continental Tamil.

Why the letter "sha" is not present in Tamil language?

Sage Panini (Sanskrit) visioned three nadis (Sa,Sha,Shaa) emanating from Mooladhara Chakra and Sage Agasthiya (Tamil) identified as one(Sa) considering the energy levels in South Indian climatic conditions. All three nadis are emanating from Mooladhara Chakra.

As you may be aware, "hum" - a malevolent mantra in Tibetian climate is not necessary in South India and "ham" is sufficient.
For south indian climates, Sage Agasthiya distinguished "La" -(one nadi by Sage panini) emanating from Swadhistana Chakra as three nadis la,lha, zha.
Climatic conditions do alter pranic body of habitants.

Which is timeless, Sanskrit or Tamil?

Sanskrit is a great language. I do not know much about it. I can only write about Tamizh.

If we understand the structure of “Tamizh” - it has the following 6 consonants which makes it timeless. -(Aadhi Mudhal Andham Varai).

Eternal Consonants : Ya, ra, la,va,, lha, zha

From AGASTYAM:

MANTRA:

Tamizh has eighteen (6 x 3) Consonants, twelve (6 x 2) vowels and a weapon (astra) ak (trinetra -three dots).

Hard Consonants: ka sa da ta pa ra
Soft Consonants: ngha nggha nhha na ma nha
Eternal Consonants : Ya, ra, la,va,, lha, zha

YANTRA [form of Kathikeya]

The visual form of Tamizh language is Lord Karthikeya. He is born on the day of suklapaksha (sixth day of bright half of lunar month) carried by Lord Agni (Manipura Chakra) with six faces (2x6 vowels; 3x6 consonants), wield a vel (spear). His beauty can be well defined as that of sun’s rays and is considered as a war God.

MANDALA [Temples, Art, Music]

The mandala or piece of environment where it puts its ownership rights is the adhisthana and encompasses cosmic elements of temples, art, architecture and music.Throughout tamizhians life this mandala will act as an auric centre that will store all his karma and the base for many lives that a person has to go through i.e. deep in unconscious] .The effect is now felt in the subtler dimension of consciousness of over 70 million people.

Mystic Import of the Letters of the Alphabet:

The letters of the Tamil Alphabets are grouped into ‘masculine’, ‘feminine’, and ‘neuter’.

Among vowels, ‘a’, ‘i’, ‘u’, ‘e’, and ‘o’, are ‘masculine’, ‘aa’, ‘ii’, ‘uu’, ‘ee’, ‘ai’, ‘oo’ and ‘au’, are ‘feminine’, and ‘ak’ is ‘neuter’.

Among the consonants,

‘ka’, ‘sa’, ‘da’, ‘ta’, ‘pa’, and ‘ra’ are ‘masculine’ (Vallinam); ‘ngha’, ‘nggha’ , ‘nhha’, ‘na’, ‘ma’, and ‘nha’ are ‘feminine (mellinam);

and ‘ya’, ‘ra’ , ‘la’, ‘va’, ‘lha’ and ‘zha’ are ‘neuter’ (idainam).

There are six consonants in each of the three groups (‘masculine’ 'feminine’ and 'neuter’), totaling eighteen.

There are five and seven vowels in the two groups (‘masculine’ and ‘feminine’) respectively, and one vowel in the ‘neuter’ group, totaling twelve.

Excluding ‘ak’ which is astram, there are twelve vowels and eighteen consonants, totaling thirty.

(All in multiples of six – suggest the divinity Shanmuga, Saravana, Karthikeya, Subramanya, Muruga – Tamil God).

He represents both ‘masculine’ (Siva) and ‘feminine’ (Kaumari) principles of phenomenal existence. The different modes of the interaction between these two principles explain the differences that obtain between various accomplishments. The letters of the alphabet, especially the vowels (which can occur without the involvement of consonants), are called the “aspects” (kala- time) of the mother-goddess.
