If a non-Hindi Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, and Kannada can learn Hindi, why don’t Tamils? Are they thinking of themselves as superior?

 

1. Bengalis 50kms west of Esplanade, do not understand Hindi.
2. Marathis near to MP, 30 kms South of Nagpur in Butibori cannot converse in Hindi.
3. Rural Kathiawadis ask three times to comprehend when Gujaratis speak, their own language (?).
4. Exceptions-Yes. Gujarati traders speak any language. Mumbaites are the only species in India, answers in any language well, whereas NCR is another extreme in rudeness, probably from other side of the border.

6. Tell me How many females in Hindi Belt, able to converse in Hindi? If you know the root cause, India would have 100% literate in 1970 itself.
